We are looking for a professional trainer with strong people skills, professional experience, and a positive attitude to join our team. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in anatomy, physiology, exercise science and program design. Experience with minor aches, pains and injuries is strongly preferred.
The ideal person is professional, career focused, shows initiative in the field, and values a constructive team environment while managing a level of autonomy. Someone who takes pride in providing great client experiences and a desire to learn, share, and grow.

Responsibilities
* Conduct personalized training sessions tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels.
* Develop and implement customized workout programs based on anatomy knowledge and exercise science principles.
* Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
* Support clients by providing accountability and guidance outside of your session.
* Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to first aid protocols and gym safety standards.
* Contribute to a positive, welcoming work environment and team dynamic.
* Participate in team meetings and co-learning.
Requirements
* Active Personal Training Certification
* Active CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate
* At Least 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience
* Professionalism, Punctuality, Reliability, Positive Attitude
* Career Oriented
Preferences
* Degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology or Related Field
* PT and/or corrective exercise experience
* Nutrition Certification (or interest in obtaining one)
* Other Certifications & Specialties
* Desire to Acquire Skills / Certifications
* Active Social Media Presence
