What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Analyst position at Integrea Community Mental Health Systems?
Integrea Community Mental Health System is currently seeking an experienced claims analyst to join our team and serve as a vital member of our business office. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the person in this position will work collaboratively with the system’s controller, billing coordinator, and consumer accounts coordinator to ensure efficient overall operation of the business office.
Timely and accurate filing of claims to various reimbursement sources
Posting receivables and effectively following up on denied claims and failed activities
Verification of insurance eligibility
Preparing routine revenue, billing, and claims reports for review by CFO
Assisting with consumer account reconciliation
Processing SNAP payments for residential consumers
Any other duties necessary to support efficient and healthy accounts receivable operations
Demonstrated experience in coding, billing, and claims operations
Must be a highly organized self-starter, and able to work as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. HS Diploma or GED absolutely required.
