What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Integrea Community Mental Health Systems?
Integrea Community Mental Health System (formerly East Alabama Mental Health Center) is seeking a full-time executive assistant to support our system's operation and our executive team.
The right person for this position must have impeccable attention to detail and be a highly motivated self starter who can work on projects independently and with little oversight, while also having the ability to succeed collaboratively as part of a team.
Duties will vary widely in complexity and will include (but not be limited to) :
- Managing the organization's social media and web presence
- Public relations, marketing, and education
- Contract, grant, and cooperative agreement monitoring and management
- Supply ordering
- Keeping meeting rooms appropriately prepared and presentable
- Coordinating meetings of the Board of Directors (among others)
- Facilitating communications with community partners
- Preparing clinical, financial, and operational reports for executive team
- Processing mail at the main office
- Serve on back up coverage team during receptionist lunch breaks or absence
Individuals interested in this position must present professionally as they may represent the organization publicly from time to time. They must be organized, flexible, dependable, and have excellent communication skills.
Work schedule is typically Monday - Friday, first shift with occasional evenings and weekends due to infrequent planned events.
