We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled EAM / ERP Tester & Documentation Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in testing and documenting EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This role will involve testing IFS Cloud and other EAM / ERP systems, documenting business processes, configurations, and workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of these systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EAM / ERP systems and be comfortable with both technical testing and detailed documentation.
Responsibilities :
EAM / ERP System Testing :
Perform comprehensive testing of EAM / ERP systems, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Validate system configurations, customizations, and integration points to ensure smooth operation.
- Create and execute test cases based on business requirements and system configurations.
- Document and report defects found during testing, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.
IFS Cloud Experience :
Leverage experience in testing and supporting IFS Cloud implementations, including various modules like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Asset Management.
EAM / ERP Documentation :
Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for EAM / ERP systems, including user manuals, process flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support :
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, assisting business users in testing and validating system functionality.
Travel Requirements :
Travel up to 25% within Eastern and Central time zones for on-site testing, training, and implementation support.
