What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Inventory Specialist position at Integris Group, LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Inventory analyst to help with managing hotel bookings for one of our enterprise hospitality clients.
This is a 11-12 month contract that could be extended.
This person will be in charge of looking through three different databases of hotel inventory to identify discrepancies to be able to push through booking exceptions for their hotel guest who are being denied through their online requests because rooms are being incorrectly show as occupied.
The schedule will be 5 days on site for the first 3-4 weeks of training and then this person will work a Tuesday - Saturday shift with two days remote (with Saturday being one of those two).

Responsibilities
- Maximizes space utilization to ensure achievement of budget goals while maximizing occupancy, revenue, arrivals, and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Maximizes sales potential by analyzing reports and making decisions to achieve budgeted sales goals.
- Allocates within liabilities to support various owner and developer programs; reconciles owner and developer team member liabilities.
- Communicates with management regarding booking pace and dates that require attention or have special events.
- Communicates with management concerning dates for periodic membership discounting.
