Sr. Network Engineer - Growing Healthcare Organization - Clearwater, FL - Full Time/Permanent Position!

Integris Group has a direct client who is located in Clearwater, FL who has an immediate need for a Senior Network Engineer. This is a Full Time/Permanent position (Salary Benefits, perks etc) and is a 5-day per week Onsite role in Clearwater.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to Design, Implement, and Manage our clients network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our clients systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to support our evolving network needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Configure and manage Cisco and Palo Alto network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular network performance tests and capacity planning.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and IT staff.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in network engineering or a similar role with knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN).
• Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment.
