INTEGRIS Health Medical Group's Neurology Clinic is a part of the INTEGRIS Health system, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit healthcare system. This Advanced Practice Provider will work full-time focusing on post-hospitalization follow-ups for patients who have been discharged with neurological conditions such as stroke, seizures, and chronic neurological diseases. The Neurology team consists of 6 physicians and 1 other APP providing diagnosis, treatment and management for disorders of the brain, spinal cord and nervous system along with a knowledgeable and friendly support staff caring for our patients who entrust their care to INTEGRIS Health. The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed. This position requires population specific competencies. - Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
