The Epic Application Analyst level 2 will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical applications used within the healthcare organization. This role will work closely with clinical end-users, IT staff, and vendors to ensure the clinical applications are optimized for usability and efficiency and meet the needs of clinicians and patients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate’s with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of healthcare or IT experience.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
- Epic Certification is required (certifications may include: EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Radiant, Cupid, Optime, Anesthesia, Grand Central or other relevant Epic Apps).
- Occasional travel maybe required.
- Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and processes, and experience in implementing and supporting clinical software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to clinical staff members and other stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfacing preferred.
