The Licensed Practical Nurse HH assumes responsibility for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and following the MD ordered plan of care. The position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires
- Current Oklahoma LPN license
- 1 year of LPN experience *Home Care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification *Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle or a personal vehicle and therefore must have a current Oklahoma Drivers License and insurance
