Responsible for managing daily operational function of Central Sterile Processing across the system for INTEGRIS Health. Ensures management and staff provide the highest quality sterile and high-level disinfected instrumentation, supplies and equipment in compliance with governing bodies. Designs and evaluates processes to ensure patient safety and provide quality improvement initiatives throughout the system. Manages overall safety and risk management for areas of responsibility. Monitors and reports compliance with sterilization and high-level disinfection mandatory testing processes in all INTEGRIS Health procedural areas. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
* Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in nursing or related field, preferred. * 2 years leadership experience in a clinical area * 5 years of CSPD experience *CRCST and/or CBSPD certification required * Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
