The Medical Social Worker provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention services and counseling to patients. This position coordinates healthcare services throughout the continuum of care on behalf of the patient and assists in discharge planning. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
- Masters in social work (MSW) from an accredited school
- Previous professional experience is preferred
- Experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

- Prefer related experience in a transplant institute

- This job requires incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle, (non-INTEGRIS owned), and therefore must have a current state driver's license as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
