Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will provide exceptional care to patients who have entrusted us with their healthcare needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process
- May be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments and re-assessments
- Evaluate patient care interventions and make necessary adjustments
- Supervise and coordinate the provision of care to patients by licensed and non-licensed personnel
