Integris is a Denver based middle-market investment bank that is looking to hire an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our team.
Focused on sell-side M&A, Integris Partners prides itself on having a disciplined strategy dedicated to high-quality transactions and a low-volume execution model.
The individual will be joining a relatively flat and highly collegial organizational culture with broad visibility into the deal origination and execution processes. They will have frequent interactions with senior level team members in this round table environment.
Integris spends time in several industry sectors, but primarily focuses on the consumer space, having worked with many well-known brands across consumer subsectors, including food & beverage, pet, apparel, outdoor recreation, juvenile, and personal care. Other active industry verticals include agriculture, industrials, and service-based businesses. Typical transaction size is $50M to $500M.
Job Qualifications / Summary
Integris is seeking an intelligent and driven individual who has the capabilities to fill an Associate role within our firm. The individual MUST HAVE 2 years of successful and referenceable mergers and acquisitions experience with a notable investment bank / private equity group and a past record of academic achievement.
This role entails managing document creation, financial analyses, due diligence efforts, and client interactions to support sell side M&A transaction execution while also providing training and mentorship to junior staff. This role requires proficiency and creativity with PowerPoint. advanced writing and financial modeling, data analysis, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Content Creation: You are to be proficient with document creation including CIMs, pitches, industry reports, and other marketing documents that meet the firm’s high standards.
- Managing and Overseeing Analysts: You are required to oversee the performance of Analysts, review all financial models, and help Analysts perfect their work and manage their time.
- Deal Execution: You will play an integral role in the deal making process, from the pre-deal preparation to the post-deal phase, supervising due diligence processes and assisting in all aspects of the transaction closing.
- Financial Analysis and Valuations: You will both supervise and perform financial analyses, optimize advanced financial models, and generate forecasts.
- Time Management and Multitasking: You must be skilled at managing different projects at the same time, arranging tasks, planning how you will use your time, and confidently communicating roadblocks as they arise.
