Requirements:
Cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train highly motivated individuals with great attention to detail.
Ability to work on their feet for hours at a time; able to stand, lift, bend, and meet the physical requirements to perform the job effectively.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Valid State of Michigan's Driver's License preferred.
Job Description:
We are looking for an aggressive, hard worker who can manage their time well in a janitorial/commercial cleaning situation. Job includes regular maintenance needs, such as: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom detailing, wall washing, etc.. We do residential and commercial cleaning servicing the upper thumb area. Our company also handles extreme cleaning needs including hoarding and collecting services. We encounter some strenuous jobs that may require us to lift boxes of home/business goods; team lifting is encouraged over 40/50lbs.. Other services we offer include: painting, real estate prep, senior rehoming, light home improvement, auction prep, etc..
