About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect / Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions that support our clients' evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Architecture : Design, architect, and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions leveraging technologies such as Azure, VMware, and VDI.
- Deployment & Operations : Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and optimizing infrastructure in production environments.
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team environment, mentor junior team members, and foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, serving as an escalation point for major technical issues and concerns.
- Security & Compliance : Ensure all infrastructure solutions adhere to the highest security standards and industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the infrastructure space, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
