Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Manager to join the team and lead the technology infrastructure for our client based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing IT systems within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and software platforms.
- Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Administer and maintain network security, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of company data.
- Manage software licenses, user access, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business processes.
