About the Role
As a Senior Security & IAM Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our hybrid cloud and edge environments. You will be responsible for enhancing our security posture, optimizing cloud resources, and ensuring the seamless operation of our identity and access management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) :
Manage and maintain Active Directory and EntraID environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Develop and implement robust IAM strategies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and least privilege.Oversee the configuration and management of ADFS, NPS, Radius, and other IAM solutions.Cloud Security :Design, implement, and manage cloud security solutions across Azure and AWS platforms.
Ensure the security and compliance of cloud resources, including IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS.Optimize cloud resources for cost-effectiveness and performance.Infrastructure Engineering :Support the design and implementation of hybrid cloud and edge computing solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and security.Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and cloud CLI tools.Collaboration & Communication :Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Document and share knowledge with the team through documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions.Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.7 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Active Directory and cloud technologies.Deep expertise in Active Directory, including Group Policies, DNS, and security configurations.Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies, including MFA, PAM, and least privilege.Experience with PKI, NDES, and networking within cloud environments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Security ) are a plus.Benefits :
