About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior VDI Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting our cutting-edge VDI infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining robust VDI solutions using VMWare Horizon, App Volumes, DEM, and Cloud Pods, while ensuring optimal user experience and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• VDI Architecture & Design : Develop and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure VDI architectures utilizing VMWare Horizon, App Volumes, DEM, and Cloud Pods. Lead the design and refinement of VDI templates, AppStacks, and User Writable Volumes to meet diverse business requirements.
• Strategic Leadership : Serve as the primary technical authority on VDI architecture, providing strategic guidance and expert advice to align VDI solutions with business goals.
• Quality & Standards : Drive best practices in VDI by setting and enforcing high standards for performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Technical Mentorship : Mentor junior team members on VDI technologies, including VMWare ARIA, and share your expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• VDI Upgrades & Optimization : Plan and execute VDI upgrades and optimizations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to end-users.
• User Experience Focus : Prioritize user experience throughout the VDI lifecycle, ensuring high performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience across all VDI interactions.
