Cloud-Focused Systems Administrator (Onsite with Scheduled Remote Days)
This privately held company is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, which includes a blend of on-premises resources, Microsoft 365, and AWS cloud services. You will focus on ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, handling incident response, proactively monitoring systems, and implementing robust backup and recovery processes. You will also collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity Manager to safeguard the company's IT environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Management :
Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices, servers, Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), and AWS resources (EC2 instances, S3 storage, IAM roles, and networking components).
Design, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity in the event of an outage.
Proactively monitor system health and performance to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all systems, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
