This position is eligible for a hybrid work, however, travel to the site is required; therefore, you must be within a drivable distance from the facility.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION
Preferred : Microsoft, VMware, Cisco networking, EMC storage or similar industry certifications.
EXPERIENCE
Required :
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in information technology or a related field.
Preferred :
5 years of experience in information technology or a related field.Proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure in a demanding, 24 / 7 / 365 environment.Experience working in a healthcare setting.SUMMARY
As a Systems Administrator , you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of our client's mission-critical enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our multi-site Windows environment, including servers, storage, and applications.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Technical Expertise : Serving as a subject matter expert in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Azure, SCCM, SharePoint), VMware, Horizon, cloud services, and network infrastructure (Cisco LAN / WAN / Wireless).System Administration : Performing a wide range of complex tasks, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Problem-Solving : Identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.Security : Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in :VMware virtualization (vSphere, Horizon)
