You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and managing the full sales cycle. This is a dynamic, results-driven role where you will work closely with leadership to achieve company targets and support our mission to connect top talent with the right organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
Understand client needs and develop customized staffing solutions to meet their workforce requirements.
Lead sales presentations and meetings, presenting staffing solutions and service offerings effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of generating new business, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of staffing industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
