What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Warranty Claims Adjuster position at Integrity Admin Group?
We currently have a great Full Time/Hourly opportunity for an In House Automotive Mechanical Claims Adjuster! The purpose of this position is to investigate, negotiate, and adjudicate mechanical claims, applying technical knowledge to effect fair and prompt claims authorization.
This position pays a starting amount of $20.00-$22.50/ hour based on experience and requires you to work in our Boca Raton office location. Though this position is full time, shift times may vary and we can be flexible with your schedule. You will be eligible for health, vision and dental benefits.

Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College preferred
- ASE Certified
Professional Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 3 -5 Years Previous Automotive experience as Mechanic or Service Advisor
- ASE Certification Required
- Automotive Technical degree OR equivalent combination of technical knowledge and work experience.
- Must be able to type at least 20 WPM and have PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Must have excellent time management and be able to multitask with exceptional organizational skills (working In House or Home based).
- Hands-on experience in a dealership or repair facility as a technician is required.
- Assist with other responsibilities as directed.
- Familiarity with “Flat Rate Manuals”

Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of claim traffic which will be a combination of mechanical claims submitted by phone.
- Verify Service Contract coverage and validate repair being performed.
- Verify part and labor changes as requested by the repair facility.
- Apply adjustments as required to part pricing, labor to a Nationally Recognized Labor Time guide, and Client reimbursement guidelines.
- Further question or investigate any parts and/or labor discrepancies in order to agree on coverage or on the amount to be reimbursed.
- Resolve inquiries from Repair facilities and Agreement Holders regarding claim and/or payment status.
- Review inspection reports and photos to further determine claim liability.
- Other responsibilities as determined by the Claims Manager
