Position Summary :
The loan associate is responsible for identifying target hotel clients and engaging them with the intention of creating commercial capital solutions and driving company revenue. This job will include creating a strategic niche sales plan and performing prospecting activities, which include outbound calls, in person meetings, attending conferences and targeted events. Furthermore, this role will include being fully engaged in cultural growth activities. This is a very team-oriented environment, culture centric firm and it will be necessary to live out the cultural convictions daily.

Objectives Of The Position :
- Generate and foster business relationships with the intention of originating commercial equity and debt opportunities above 5 million and produce 60 to 100 million a year.
- Build out a strategy and a team for the hotel industry
- Take initiative with outreach to generate potential relationships with direct clients as well as indirect clients.
- Obtain prospects and actively pursue new clientele via phone calls, emails, or even personal visits.
- Consistently search for ways to improve processes and ROI.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and join in on deepening internal relationships and enhancing our culture.
- Collecting information to analyze the viability of the person, transaction, market, and proper financial institution fit.
- Coaching, consulting, and relating with potential clients to win business opportunities.
- Communicate consistently with the Integrity Capital team to provide a simple experience for our clients.

Requirements
Competencies, Education, and Experience :
7 years of experience in the commercial hotel industry
Experience in cold calling, or experience with many sales calls
Proficiency in Excel and Word suite
Experience with a CRM – Zoho

Physical Requirements :
10% travel availability may be necessary.
This position is currently remote for those in Texas, but it may require coming into the office in the future.
