Industrial Electrician (United States Candidates ONLY)

Location:

This role is based at Empire State Mine in northern New York State. Candidates must relocate and work 5 shifts per week (10 hours each) with 2 days off.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and run cables, wires, and communication systems.
• Perform mechanical installations for junction boxes, control boxes, and switch boxes.
• Interpret and follow technical prints and schematics.
• Test and troubleshoot circuits, motors, fans, controllers, VFDs, and transformers.
• Handle terminations and splicing, including high-voltage splices.
• Gain expertise in hoisting and crushing operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions for safe and efficient work.
• Must perform tasks without posing risks to personal or others' safety due to the nature of the job.
• Willingness to relocate and adhere to the set work schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
