Sr. Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

A rapidly growing AI-focused Fintech startup in San Francisco is seeking three experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to join their innovative team of about 20 people. Requirements

• 5 years of experience working with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like Express.js and Next.js.
• 5 years of experience using relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to write clean, scalable code with solid architecture.
• Passionate about developing and optimizing customer-facing products.
• Startup experience, ideally in a small engineering team setting.
• Strong interest in AI, particularly in AI-driven solutions and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-quality environments and driven to deliver exceptional products.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered software solutions using LLM technology.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the engineering strategy and product roadmap.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure for services, including databases, APIs, and servers.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and financial technology to enhance product offerings.
• Lead and mentor engineers, data scientists, and developers as the team expands.
