This opening is for someone who is experienced with automotive painting in a production capacity. This person will represent our family owned business, so a positive attitude is a MUST! Qualifications:
- Follow instruction precisely to perform top quality refinishes
- Receptive to guidance and always willing to learn
- Effectively communicate needs and status updates to management
- Interact with colleagues and vendors in a hospitable and professional manner
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must own and maintain your own tools and equipment
- Must have production experience
Continuously improve:
- Thoroughly examine vehicle damage
- Complete all paint preparation and refinish processes per estimate according to manufacturer standards
- Match, mix, and tint paint colors following manufacturer guidelines
- Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc. on repaired surfaces to produce top quality results
- Return the vehicle to factory specification
- Assist with identifying required materials
- Perform tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Assist other team members as needed
