Seeking an Sr. HR Business Partner Manager for a great direct hire opportunity with a growing company. This is a hybrid position that is 1-2 days onsite. The HR Manager must be very knowledgeable of HR roles, able to handle high level strategy, able to think tactically and be able to be hands-on with employees. Will support 450 employees of a division of a large corporate company. Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic HR initiatives to align and guide the business division with company goals and strengthen organization
- Work with business unit managers to optimize employee capabilities and meet division objectives as well as analyzing and determining staffing and retention needs
- Development of high-level strategy for compensation planning, workforce management, program management
- Oversees talent and performance management, learning, year-end compensation planning, and workforce planning within a business line or geography.
- Drive engagement initiatives
- Assist in facilitating performance management tools and processes including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development.
- Identify training and development needs for business units and individual employees.
- Will be involved in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, background processes, employee investigations
- Involved in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
- Involved in recognition programs, restructuring activities, legal review, employee retention strategies, compensation, performance management
- Serve as company culture champion, modeling Company standards and deliver exceptional employee experience.
- Serves as expert for labor and regulatory laws
- Manage small team of HR staff members
