SUMMARY
The Sales Support Administrator plays a vital role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operations. This position is essential for streamlining processes and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the sales department.
This administrative position will support the sales team at Integrity Environmental in sales scheduling, CRM software data entry, and supporting business development through research, content creation, and other tasks as assigned. This position does not need extensive knowledge of environmental permitting or heavy industry, but experience in these areas is preferred. Organization, attention to detail, and thinking ahead are critical to success in this position.
Must reside in Anchorage Alaska or surrounding areas.
DUTIES
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in the processing of sales orders and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales materials and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for clients.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
PREFERENCES
- Bulk fuels or heavy industry experience
- 2 or more years CRM software experience
- Paralegal or legislative aide experience
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
All duties are to be performed at the employee’s home or at the job site, using their personal automobile. No office space is provided with this job. To perform this job, the successful applicant must have their own office space, access to a phone, and high-speed internet to be dedicated to work activities. A company-owned laptop and the most current versions of applicable software programs will be provided by Integrity.
SCHEDULE
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. This position is overtime eligible.
