What are the responsibilities and job description for the Core Accounts Specialist position at Integrity Express Logistics?
The Core Account Specialist is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the designated “Core Account”. While working with assigned team members you are expected to ensure all loads are accepted, built, scheduled and delivered within the appropriate timeframe. This position can report to the Core Accounts Manager or Sales Support Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for all accounts tied to the team.
- Accept all loads tendered by customers. Notify your Team Lead or Manager if unable to accept a load.
- Double check TMS to ensure all loads are accepted and built.
- Read all emails and be available to assist your team/customers on the weekend and weeknights.
- Keep ongoing relationships with primaries and other carriers.
- Help track 4kites/Macropoint for all accounts that require it.
- Help Check call, Dispatch, and Book loads as needed.
- Keep in constant contact with customers and help grow accounts.
- Stay up to date on current market to stay as competitive as possible with trucks rates.
- Send updates to customers on carrier locations, and or if any issues or delays occur.
- Make sure that appropriate information is entered into TMS notes section for each load.
- Responsible for reaching out to customer directly with any issues.
- Keep up A/R on all accounts.
- Make sure rates are correct and customers are invoiced correctly.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of Logistics Operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office operating systems.
