The Executive team at Integrity Financial is looking for someone who has experience working in an Insurance and/or Financial Planning office or any other related industries such as Legal, Real estate, Mortgage and Etc.
Responsibilities
· Customer Service – working with current our client base (statements, account info)
· Answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls to clients and venders
· Scheduling and confirming appointments for Advisors
· Managing conference room calendar – appointments and workshops
· Greet Clients, offer coffee and refreshments
· Manage Executives Calendar using Google calendar
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning and Insurance office or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Is a naturally gifted communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills - Able to Multi-task so well that plate spinners look on with awe
- computer and tech savvy - Able to use Jedi mind tricks so Excel does all sorts of cool things Microsoft never intended!
- Sets a goal then takes action to conquer it!
- Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done
- Know how to use Google calendar like a pro
- Believes in having fun - Works hard but also like to have F.U.N. while getting things done!
- Is always learning, growing, and being stretched

Salary : $21 - $30
