What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Nail Technician position at Integrity Foot and Ankle Associates?
Hiring part time Nail Technician for busy growing podiatry practice.
This position is for 3 days per week, and the days are Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Potential candidate should have strong work ethic and a positive outgoing personality.
Potential candidate will work closely with podiatrist in the day to day treatment of patients with nail and callus trimming. Will also occasionally perform nail restoration and polish services. Potential candidate will be required to obtain a medical nail tech license within 12 months of employment (paid for by employer). Must be willing to work between three (3) office locations, main office in Lorain and other offices in Avon and Elyria.

Experience :
Nail care : 1 year (Required)
License / Certification :
licenses to trim / cut / polish toenails in Ohio (Required)

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Podiatric Technician program preferred, completion of Medical Nail Technician Required within first year of employment. Reimbursement is provided after completion the Medical Nail Tech program.
Certification : Certification as a Nail Technician
Experience : Prior experience in a podiatry clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with foot anatomy
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a patient-centered approach.
Physical Requirements : Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and assist patients with mobility needs.
Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
Compensation details : 18-25 Hourly Wage
