Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA
Integrity Healthcare Communities is looking for a strong, mature, and motivated leader who demonstrates a vested interest in future of our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Southern Illinois. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic candidate with previous successful track records of regulatory compliance, team building, project management, census growth, and networking in the long term care industry to oversee the day-to-day operations of a challenging skilled nursing facility.
This individual will be responsible for developing and continuing a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services, participation in sales and marketing activities, training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous improvement.
You will also have fiscal responsibility for the facility, which also includes, but not limited to:
- Budget Operation
- Monthly payroll budget monitoring and accountability, all in supportive, cooperative environment
- Optimizing Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and star ratings
- Managing residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Managing over all facility operations and leading by example with regards to Customer Service, employee relations, and quality assurance.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of and enforcing all IDPH and Federal regulations, policies, and laws.
- Managing, communicating, and controlling the factors that affect monthly budgets.
- Complying with supporting and enforcing company safety and infection control policies.
- Promoting, understanding, and complying with all the rules regarding resident's rights and concerns.
- Motivating and manage staff to function at their highest level
- Managing all marketing and admissions and readmission efforts to maintain and improve census.
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and currently licensed by the State of Illinois
- Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate education to meet State license requirements and accomplish the job
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Long Term Care preferred
Pay is very competitive and commensurate upon experience and education.
