Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimize a thriving manufacturing operation. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and innovation across production processes while leading a talented team to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute effective schedules to maximize production efficiency while meeting customer demands.
• Resource Optimization: Oversee personnel, machinery, and materials to ensure smooth production processes.
• Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Implement best-in-class quality control measures and drive ongoing improvements in operations.
• Financial & Cost Management: Analyze operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient spending.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Safety & Compliance Leadership: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
• Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for continued business success.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
