Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and execute effective schedules to maximize production efficiency while meeting customer demands.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee personnel, machinery, and materials to ensure smooth production processes.
- Quality Control & Continuous Improvement: Implement best-in-class quality control measures and drive ongoing improvements in operations.
- Financial & Cost Management: Analyze operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient spending.
- Performance & KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Safety & Compliance Leadership: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
