Maintenance Repair Technician (CNC) - 2nd Shift
Location: Syracuse, New York, United States
Pay: $72,508.00 per year
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Description:
As a Maintenance Repair Technician (CNC), you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tearing down, diagnosing, and repairing damaged electrical or mechanical components of CNC machinery.
- Replacing worn or defective parts and reassembling equipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Understanding and troubleshooting PLC logic.
- Adjusting equipment to meet required specifications and verifying effective operation.
- Analyzing machine cycles to identify malfunctions and performing necessary repairs, applying both machine repair and electrical theory.
- Performing electrical tests.
- Interpreting complex schematic diagrams, manuals, and testing procedures.
- Troubleshooting defective printed circuit assembly boards.
- Performing related electrical and mechanical duties as assigned.
- Detecting and reporting any unusual issues to supervision.
- Exercising sound judgment to follow instructions, adhere to routines, and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Journeyman status or three (3) years of manufacturing maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade.
- Experience with ladder logic circuit diagrams, industrial motor control schematics, and blueprint reading.
- Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Currently reside within 50 miles of the Syracuse, NY facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNC Maintenance experience.
- Background in machining and electrical equipment.
- Two-year degree in electronics with mechanical experience or military electronics experience.
- Experience with hydraulics.
Skills and Certifications:
- Three years manufacturing maintenance or related degree and one year
- Experience with ladder logic circuit diagrams
- Local (within 50 miles) of the plant
