Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $61,000 - $70,000 per year, or up to $37.00 per hour

Brief Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance work on manufacturing equipment and plant facilities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance tasks. This position requires moderate physical activity.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant facilities
- Troubleshoot equipment faults using ladder logic and PLC software
- Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots
- Perform welding operations
- Complete machine repair records and maintain work area
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding
- Ability to navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software
- Experience troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Technical or vocational training (certificates or some college courses)
- Ability to work 3rd shift and perform moderate physical activity
