Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in municipal engineering to lead our Municipal Division. This role reports directly to the CEO and will oversee both the Building Official Department and the newly established Municipal Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in municipal design, land development, and project management, as well as a track record of fostering client growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Municipal Engineering Division, collaborating with engineers, designers, and scientists.
- Oversee municipal projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Attend local city council meetings and engage with municipal stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in municipal design, land development, and infrastructure planning.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive growth within the division.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, including municipal or city engineering.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
