Job Title: Production Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location: Geneva, New York, United States
Pay: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Production Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize maintenance programs, and support the development of our skilled maintenance team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Description: As the Production Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment efficiency, supporting our High-Performance System (HPS), and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the appropriate selection of spare parts, developing proactive measures to reduce costs and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and collaborating with the central maintenance team for efficient resource utilization. You will also be instrumental in the training and development of maintenance personnel, providing technical assistance, and eliminating recurring equipment issues. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
Minimum Mandatory Requirements:
- Able to work the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift.
- Demonstrated understanding of production equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable tools, including electrical test equipment.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be able to read and sketch mechanical drawings.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good troubleshooting, root cause, and critical thinking skills required.
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience or assorted leadership training, or equivalent.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds regularly and over 55 pounds occasionally, reaching, lifting, bending, and stooping without restrictions, and possessing good manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree strongly preferred.
