Description:
As a Training Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Deliver engaging IT training sessions, both for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including job aids and manuals, in collaboration with HR.
- Identify training needs and design impactful learning modules, both instructor-led and self-paced.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer and network systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide timely and effective remote technical support to offsite users.
- Manage IT equipment inventory and ensure adequate supply levels.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to address training procedures and needs.
- Continuously improve workflows through innovative technology and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of training processes and records.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, Technical School, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT-related training roles, with at least 1 year of IT Training experience required.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of computing equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to train diverse groups and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift (Monday to Friday)
- No weekends

- Must be willing to relocate to Stoughton, MA 02072 before starting work.
