- Two critical access hospitals in the Florida Keys
- Beautiful efficient Emergency Departments with excellent nursing coverage
- Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- 1099 Independent Contractor setup
- Occurence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
- Requires BC / BE in Family or Internal Medicine with at least 5 year ER experience orBC / BE in Emergency Medicine
- Cerner EMR
- Compensation : 1099 Status with covered malpractice & tail, $210 / Hr $5 / Hr Pt Satisfaction Incentive
- Full-time is a minimum of 12 shifts per month including 2 weekends; Part-time is minimum of 6 shifts per month including one weekend and shared holidays
- Small unit (11 beds), low volume, low stress ER position
- 10k annual volume
- There is free lodging available for providers
Salary : $5 - $210
