- Large multispecialty group practice
- Approximately 55% commercially insured patienst, 40% Medicare, 5% HMO
- See around 25 patients per day
- 4.5 day work week
- Income guarantee ($200k DOE) for years 1 & 2 plus Bonus formula
- Transition to productivity-based comp in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
- No buy-in partnership after year 2
- 500,000 annual potential
- Sign on and relocation
- Medical, dental, life, disability and malpractice provided
- Professional costs
- 3 weeks vacation and 1 week CME plus $2500
