BC / BE Internal Medicine

Employed, full-time position

100% outpatient

Group has about 18 providers. This location has 1 MD and 2 NPs

See ages 18

Variety of payors, private insurance and Medicare

Avg 15-20 patients per day

Typical Mon-Fri regular office hours. Some start / end time flexibility available

Phone call only : about 1 : 12 weekdays and every 8-10 weekends

4 day week can be considered

EMR = Athena

Salary plus quarterly productivity and quality bonus

230,000 base for new graduates, negotiable for experienced providers

Shareholder option

Matching 401k retirement

Life, disability, dental

PTO = 4 weeks in year one; 5 weeks starting in year 2
