Job Description
A thriving physician-owned and operated multi-specialty group is seeking a Radiologist / Breast Imager in beautiful Lakeland, Florida. This position offers a work schedule that supports a busy practice as well as a very desirable quality of life. The practice is fully diversified with state-of-the-art 3D technology, including Hologic Dimensions Tomosynthesis units, Phillips US units, CAD, and an advanced PACS system. Weekly multi-disciplinary tumor board meetings are held.
The large physician-owned group comprises over 220 physicians across 19 locations and offers over 40 specialties with a robust internal referral network and well-established patient base. The service is to an 864-bed hospital located just one block away. The EPIC EMR system allows for continuity of care throughout the clinic. Advanced diagnostic support includes in-house labs and radiology, along with a built-in referral network. Robust administrative support takes care of staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, Clinical Informatics (EMR), Value-Based Services, Quality, and Recruitment.
This exceptional opportunity offers a competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus, relocation and educational allowance, malpractice insurance, and many other benefits. A guaranteed salary is provided. Partnership would be offered to the radiologist electing to rotate in general radiology one day per week and share in weekend call. Partnership track physicians are eligible for partnership after 2 years. There are no practice start-up costs, and there is no state income tax!

Requirements
Fellowship training in Breast Imaging is preferred. ABR certification is required for partnership. Skills and experience in all aspects of breast imaging and proficiency in ultrasound and stereotactic biopsies are preferred.
