Duties
- Greet guests as they dine and gather feedback from guests about their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs, enhancing their overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
