Job Description:
Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home support for clients living with dementia. If you have a passion for senior care and experience working with individuals with memory impairments, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor and ensure client safety, preventing falls or wandering
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Help with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Use patience and redirection techniques to manage behavioral changes
- Follow care plans and communicate changes to the care team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of dementia care experience required
- PCA, CNA, or HHA certification (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Must pass background check

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 3 hours Afternoons (2pm-5pm)
Salary : $14 - $15
