Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a non-medical home care position. This role offers flexibility, as it is PRN (as-needed), allowing you to work on your own schedule. As a home care RN, you will provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring quality care and promoting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Provide non-medical nursing services in a home care setting. This may include administering medications, assessing patient conditions, and offering guidance on health management.
- Education & Support : Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and care practices. Offer emotional support and health-related education to promote overall wellness.
- Collaborative Care : Communicate with the patient's healthcare team (including physicians, home care aides, etc.) to ensure consistent and accurate care is provided.
- Health Monitoring : Monitor patients' vital signs, observe symptoms, and document changes in their health status. Ensure any required updates are shared with the healthcare team or physicians.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of patient visits, including care provided, observations, and any changes in the patient's condition.
