Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and attentive Personal Care Aide to provide exceptional care to clients while focusing on fall prevention. This part-time role requires approximately 5 hours of care per day (25 hours weekly) to support clients in maintaining their safety, health, and independence in their homes.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support mobility and ensure a safe home environment to reduce the risk of falls.
Monitor and assist with the use of mobility aids (e.g., walkers, canes, wheelchairs).
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to minimize fall hazards.
Prepare and serve meals while ensuring dietary needs are met.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Report any changes in the clients condition or home environment to the supervisor promptly.
Document daily care activities and maintain accurate records.
