Job Summary :
Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Barnwell. Candidates must complete in-service training and a competency evaluation before starting with a client. A SLED background check and drug test are mandatory. We are looking for serious applicants committed to providing excellent care.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying up living spaces.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Monitor and record vital signs , if required.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers , including the use of mobility aids when necessary.
- Experience with Hoyer lifts or other transfer devices is a plus.
- Provide medication reminders (but not administration).
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in the clients condition.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional care standards.
