Integrity Industries is seeking an experienced CNC programmer and machinist to operate mills and lathes.
This meticulous, self-driven individual is responsible for programming and running parts on various CNC mills and lathes. responsibilities include :
- Create and optimize programs for CNC Lathes.
- Sets up and operates CNC Lathes.
- Performs quality inspection of parts manufactured.
- Optimize programming strategies to improve quality and increase productivity.
- Maintains clear record and documentation of programs.
- Performs preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Skills and Competencies Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
- Deep understanding of turning operations, technical blueprints, and 3D models.
- Ability to program on Fusion 360. Experience defining and designing holding fixtures and inspection instruments such as go-no go gauge.
- Have knowledge and experience in cutting tool selection and defining optimal cutting conditions.
- Knowledge of Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Use Solidworks and Mastercam to design 3D models and write full programs for CNC milling and turning.
- Creating CAD models and prototyping to test concepts and processes.
- Reading engineered drawings to ensure parts are produced according to required tolerances and specifications (UNDERSTAND GD&T)
- Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction.
Hours : 7am-4pm
40 hour shift
Monday to Friday
