Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment tracking, and maintaining a safe working environment. The successful candidate will support field and administrative teams by ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials and supplies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct regular audits, organize inventory, and manage stock rotation.
- Equipment & Asset Tracking: Monitor equipment checked in/out, conduct inspections, and keep detailed logs.
- Supporting Field Operations: Prepare materials, respond to field team needs, and ensure kits are packed correctly.
