Integrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2024 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, specializing in Medicare sales, has full-time positions available for our Inside Sales Department at our Orland Park, Illinois location.
Our goal and commitment is to help our clients improve their long-term financial success. Our personalized approach is designed to grow, conserve and protect our clients' wealth by delivering an unprecedented level of personalized service.
Work hours : Monday – Thursday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm and Friday 8 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm depending on company needs.
Qualifications :
Effective verbal and communication skills both on and off the phone; great phone etiquette required. Strong attention to detail, hardworking, motivated and computer skills are a must. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Training provided. Health and Life Insurance License is a plus.
Essential Job Functions :
- Deliver a level of effort on a daily basis to meet and exceed assigned goals.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls on a daily basis.
- Reliability in attendance and responsibility in completing goals are critical to success.
- Outbound calls to customers to increase sales appointments.
- Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments.
- Taking inbound calls for current and prospective customers.
- Log all customer information into our CRM database.
